I don’t understand how no goalies from either the hawks or sens don’t have candidates for the Vezina with having the best defensive records this season.
It boggles my mind.
Yeah, the president trophy is curse, but there are also a few other things in the Blackhawks’ favor.
- Teams who had record breaking starts to the season always won the cup.
- If this season was a full season, there is a strong possibility that they wouldn’t have stayed in first place the whole time.
- Oh, and they’re the Blackhawks.

Yesterday was also a great distraction from the official lockout.
I’m realistic and the possibility of having no hockey for an entire season is sad and I know I have made it seem on here like it was such a huge deal, but it’s not.
It’s upsetting, but life goes on.
Is it over-dramatic to say that I’m actually losing some sleep worrying about this lockout?
Because I feel like it’s natural…

I am officially a Philly fan. They have to win in order for me to have any sort of playoff happiness.
Philly is the only team I like now.
